Both one of 100 copies printed in red and black with printers’ ornaments and bound in full limp vellum with silk ties. Soiling to endpapers and occasionally elsewhere. Vellum covers of Chapter II somewhat stained. Good copies of an excellent piece of Chiswick Press printing.
The third volume was: Chapter IV Unpublished Journal ‘Voyage d’Italie’ and sixty Unpublished Letters of the Margravine of Bayreuth to Frederick the Great, in identical format, London, 1891.
