[One of 225 copies.] Printed in black on wove paper (with many illustrations of archive material in red, reddish-brown and green). Sewn into plain card covers with dust-jacket design from Ryder's bookplate by Yvonne Skargon (black and two colours) and another in slate-blue depicting the Bodleian A fine copy.
