Pictorial title and 12 other three-quarter page woodcuts done on antique wove paper. Text: Caslon Old Face. Grey pictorial buckram, titled in black. A little browning to endpapers. Small armorial bookplate of the music critic J.A. Fuller Maitland. A very good bright copy.

The first of the Unicorn Quartos. Twenty-five copies were printed from the wood blocks on Van Gelder paper and hand-coloured by the artist.
