Set in 'Golden' type and printed on Batchelor handmade paper watermarked with a primrose between the initials W.M. Woodcut borders, initials and press-marks (twice) cut by William Morris and printed in black. One of 500 copies on paper. Bound in stiff vellum with yapp edges and green silk ties (all lacking), spine titled in gilt. Gilt stamp of Carrick House Library, Ayr, to front cover. a very good copy. An early Kelmscott Press book with some press ephemera loosely inserted.
