790 of 1145 (1200) copies printed in Caslon with the title-page in brown and
black with much use of decorative ornament as surround. Plates in colour, one
tipped-in on blue paper. Black buckram with bevelled edges stamped in gilt on
the spine and upper board, printed dust-jacket slightly creased and chipped. A
very good copy indeed.
