One of 35 (135) special copies with an extra set of the nine prints on Japon vellum, individually signed by the artist, contained within a matching folder. The book handset in SB Caslon, printed on F.J. Head hand-made paper and signed by the artist. 9 copper-engravings by Brian Hanscomb. Light-blue paper-covered portfolio, sewn Japanese-style, with a printed label on the upper cover and matching slipcase. Slipcase slightly split. Chip to lower cover. A very good copy.                                               

A companion volume to Sun, Sea and Earth printed on pre-War paper from Oxford University Press. Stunning engravings with something of Eric Gill about them.
