on thick paper: the engravers include C. Thurston Thompson, the Dalziel
brothers, W.G. Mason and Orlando Jewitt. Title-vignette of the Order of Saint
George. Original paper-covered decorated boards, titled in black on the spine
and front. Edges and extremities somewhat chafed and rubbed, title-page and
preliminary leaves spotted with occasional light browning elsewhere. A good
copy of a handsome book.
The highest proportion of engravings is
of glass and silverware.
