Arthur Rimbaud. A Season in Hell. The original text, together with a new translation by Norman Cameron, and eight lithographs by Keith Vaughan. 8vo, pp.[vi],69. Published in London by John Lehmann, 1949.
8 colour lithographs bled to the edge of the plates; black cloth with gilt spine titling, pictorial dust-jacket just a little chipped at the top and tail of the spine. A very good copy indeed.
[Rigby Graham:] '8 very skriking and highly personal interpretationsof a work towards which the artist appears to have felt more than a little sympathy. The illustrations are dark, sombre, muted in colour, yet iintense in feeling.'
