Parallel German and Ennglish texts (the former in gothic) printed on stiff wove paper. Frontispiece, four full-page and other small engravings by Bartolozzi, Harding and Birrell. Contemporary half calf, distressed at the spine, marbled paper-covered boards, predominantly olive and grey. Wiston Old Rectory library label. Internally a very good clean copy.
