Decorative cloth, lined in pink, ochre, yellow and blue, morocco spine label gilt, original glassine wrapper. Grey paper-covered slipcase with printed label. A fine copy.

Artist's own copy, not numbered, but initialled 'C.H.'. The colophon is blindstamped 'Out-of-Series Presentation Copies'.
