Design, Form and Chaos. By Paul Rand. First edition, crown 4to, pp.xii,218[2], Yale University Press, New Haven and London, 1993.
Upwards of 50 full-page colour illustrations, others in black-and-white or smaller, mostly by the author. Lilac cloth with white spine titling, upper board with the designer's signature in blind, pictorial dust-jacket just a little chipped and soiled. A very good copy indeed.
An excellent collection of Paul Rand's essays on design logos (particularly IBM logos) and street signs.
