This is a subscriber's copy with the addition of the words  "and has been made for Dr Simon McMinn" printed beneath the colophon and specially bound. 7 full-page wood engravings by Anna Ravenscroft printed either in reddish-brown or moss-green. Ingres endpapers, quarter green cloth with brown cloth sides and printed label wrapped around. A fine copy.
