Bound in quarter cloth with gilt spine titling, paste paper-covered boards, predominantly in shades of green. A fine copy with prospectus.

With a T.L.s. on Press letterhead, February 15, 1993, from Barnard Taylor to Colin Smythe, thanking him for a kind letter and explaining why the book has had to come out in "batches".
