Text set in Baskerville's English size with Great Primer for Preface, various 'arabesque' ornaments, etc, and printed on good quality laid paper. Copper-engraved frontispiece, signed Closterman and Gribelin. Emblem on the general title, vignettes on the volume titles, and eight other vignettes, all signed Gribelin, except the last which is signed Matthaeis and Gribelin. Modern brown cloth with printed spine labels and slipcase. A very nice fresh set.
